People seem fuzzy on this, but it isn't a question of whether civilians will be hurt or killed by military operations...they will...it's a question of the lengths a military will go to prevent it. The DoD is bad at articulating this to civilians because a lot of DoD leaders also don't get this.
We have someone on the radio show who is currently in Venezuela:
*There were strikes on two cities other than Caracas
*No official casualty numbers but many people are injured

I won't speculate on Venezuela until we know more, other than to say 1. We can probably kiss our contingency basing agreement in Curacao goodbye, maybe Honduras too, and 2. While I have no knowledge of the operation's details, I think this administration could fuck up an ant farm in a sugar factory.
