Lost my beloved cat of 15 years last December; between ADD, grief, and sobriety, “decided” to jump into a new hobby.

When I feel that way I have 2 approaches:
support spirit with specific exact snacks & media from warmest & most comfortable memories of childhood (terminator 2, 🥜butter & syrup).
Or target body like sausage golem w/ the wrong chemicals in need of reset (xtra spicy food, cold shower, exercise).
