I know what happens when people have to pay for our own healthcare.

Until 2014, most insurance plans didn't cover trans healthcare. People waited years, scrimping & saving. Others never got the care they needed.

With our care covered by insurance, costs didn't rise: they fell.

There is no possible way many people would be able to survive on £433 per month, for everything, including rent, especially someone who's come to the UK seeking asylum with no ability to work and few to no ties. This is a policy seemingly aimed at making people homeless.
