Sitting a stewing in frustration isn't nearly as cathartic as just designing a poster. Let's see how often I remember that in 2026.

So yeah, I also made this. But decided to take it with eyes closed. Luck of the draw.

And yes, I'm hopeful for so many things I'm working hard on to bear fruit in 2026. So damn sure it fits. 🍀

Not sure how im gonna manage yet but one of my key purposes for 2026 is to make at least one analog piece per month, both to take a much needed break from digital and to have hard evidence I don’t need to prompt my drawings, as if :P
In a world dominated by AI & disinformation, I expect we will see a major pendulum swing culturally. People will crave authenticity and reality over deep fakes and conspiracist lies

I'm here for it, sharing #RealArchaeology

How I'm leaving 2025 behind
January 1, 2026 at 4:18 AM
I like the implicit rhythm and parity of the numbers 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣, anything that sets me on a better year start in all counts is the lifesaver I cling to 🛟✊

Non-obscure choice I know but for me Dire Straits’s Money For Nothing is the quintessential MTV video. Not just for mentioning MTV directly in the lyrics but also because of its then-revolutionary computer graphics —something previously unseen anywhere really.

Well after a tumultous and rather blah Christmas (how does panic buying a fridge sound to you?) Here's finally an #artvsartist for 2025. Much of what I've done this year won't likely be revealed until the next, however. But I've been busy. 😅

This strip started as a riff on classic ’80s G.I. Joe PSAs. I needed kids to “learn the lesson,” so I reached out to Tauhid Bondia about using Miles and Kevin from Crabgrass. He kindly said yes! I colored it to mimic ’80s cel animation: grain, shadows, painted backgrounds, & am pretty happy with it.

The 70s. Termite Terrace is closed. Its residents either dead, retired, or moved on to other projects. But their creations, the Looney Tunes, lived on in some form or another to become inescapable cultural icons. This is the story of Bugs Bunny and pals and their legacy.

Fred Schroeder and @davekellett.bsky.social 's Stripped documentary featured quite a number of "last printed issue" moments of American newspapers thus ending an era for comics/cartoonists, most have had to reinvent themselves ever since. And nothing was ever going to be the same. 🥲
Our photographer Alex Kormann captured the exact moment the presses stopped for the last time in Minneapolis, ending a 158 history of locally printed newspapers.
