We made the decision that we’ll pursue radiation treatment for Kona. There really is no “wrong” treatment for osteosarcoma because all of it sucks, it’s incurable even if we did amputation. We’ll take things a day at a time and prioritize her comfort even if it means less time together.

AI is part of what’s killing adobe but not in this sense. You can’t open Acrobat without it bugging you to use its AI. You can’t toggle it off. Everybody hates that shit. Nobody wants it. This will be the fate of every company trying to force AI

I’m honestly not one to brag, but I do think I’m pretty handy with colors. I’ve always seem to have an eye for picking them out and matching them up, and I’ve gotten pretty good at coloring with colored pencils and markers.

Coming to think of it, this year´s scandalous cancelation of Anguoulême’s comics festival proved to be a blessing in disguise. With Europe on the brink of war over Greenland thanks to Emperor Turdus Aurantiacus, this sounds like an awful time for overseas traveling. 🥲

Character design is, by far, my best strength. It is what I enjoy doing most and something I could do all day. In contrast, building their personalities and universes and whatnot because they can't be just floating into space, well that's another story...

Already told here that my knowledge of American comic strips came via US newspapers Mom was handed at her job. But back in my elem school days I did clip and collect Quino's Mafalda strips from the paper. Later on I realized that while this features kids, it was definitely not a children's comic.
