Just to clarify the sequence of events here, Fort Bliss saw a party balloon, mistook it for a drone attack, & then without coordinating with anyone at the FAA, pulled out their brand new & presumably top secret laser weapon & started firing it repeatedly into the airspace of the airport next door?
