Every new revelation re: Alzheimer's that crops up with "in mice" might as well be another rendition of the Squidward packing up his lawn chair meme.
They've "cured" Alzheimer's in mice dozens of times. It's still valuable, but to make it work in humans is an entirely different animal, literally.

Our local transit system has been under fire a lot lately for general neglect and may have some member cities pulling out soon. And while I hope that doesn't happen, when you walk down the stairs at a station and see the exact same chip bag and toothbrush you saw yesterday, sympathy starts to wane.
