there's plenty of people who don't need to see the bloody parts to get angry; if a person says, "no thanks, I don't need to see that," they're almost certainly pretty upset about it already and you're probably doing more harm than good rubbing their nose in it.

Even when you want to skip a particularly tedious or difficult part of a game, that process should still at least require some effort — even if it's just searching for a guide or scrubbing through a YT walkthrough.
This is going to ruin the experience for a lot of players and they won't know why.
