The OUYA crawled so Steam Frame could run
NEW: Valve is bringing Android apps to Steam. Not only can the Frame run side-loaded Android APKs, Valve will be inviting Android devs into its store.

Imagine what this means re: Google forced to crack open Android. Also: Meta Quest games are low-hanging fruit!

Valve is welcoming Android games into Steam
The Steam Frame is the start — but it could be tip-of-the-iceberg.

I enjoyed Frankenstein and GDT's style and the acting. But I was really annoyed by the narration + monologues double whammy that is ubiquitous in anything Netflix. You don't need to explain the movie! I get the story already now shut up and let me look at the extra large twink in peace

A rare interview with the creators of the always-funny, always-brilliant, and *usually*-sexy—or occasionally anti-sexy—OGLAF!

Cooper has kept a low profile over the years, but is legitimately one of the very best artists in comics today. Read OGLAF if you're old enough to drive!
Talking Oglaf with Trudy Cooper and Doug Bayne: 'We'd stay up all night drawing stuff to make each other laugh' - The Comics Journal
Other than some time off every year for Christmas, Trudy Cooper and Doug Bayne have delivered a new Oglaf comic, skewering fantasy tropes with absolutely not safe for work humor, every week since 2008...

Primary every single one.
Truly amazing that any time the democrats have to bite the bullet and do something that ruins countless lives, there's always *just* enough votes to get it done, but if there is a vote on something that would actually improve people's lives, they are always one vote short. Crazy how that happens.

Nothing illustrates the problems with our society more than searching for "paleo" on Youtube and getting videos of dipshits hawking diets instead of videos about dinosaurs

I still train with pixel art and this is the biggest one I ever did and I really wanted to share it with you all.

I was inspired by the sprite work of games like Marvel VS Capcom and also palettes of colors like UFO 50.

Tearfully working on an update for This is Normal. One of the co-creators, Fawn Fitter, passed while it was being finished, it fills me with grief. If you care about this game, it would heal my heart if you drop a donation to the org she worked with, SASS (abortionpillinfo.org/en/) in her honor.

I think of Angeline Era's character art as "gestural" vertex colors: big blocks of gradients and hard edges that loosely gesture at finer details. They are often seen very small on the screen, so it helps them not appear over-detailed. But I also think it looks beautiful up close!

It was a rejection of the entire administration and Dems should see this as a signal to become an actual opposition party. On everything. You don't stop the shutdown. You don't approve another appointee. You do nothing at all. The voters saved you, not the other way around. LEARN TO LEAD.
On a call with reporters, DNC chair Ken Martin responds to JD Vance claiming Dems only won big last night because races were in blue states.

"Well that's bullshit. We won in red counties, blue counties, purple counties," Martin says. And it was all "a rejection of Trump."
