Aircraft have a "weight on wheels" sensor that won't allow pilots to raise landing gear before it is airborne. Pilots of the Blackburn Buccaneer low-level fighter would flick the "raise gear" lever while still rolling and the sensor would automatically raise the wheels once it detected weight off.
Can you think of examples where people use technologies differently from what the developers intended, whether unintentionally or as an act of resistance?
