i'm going to say something even more salty: we have a lot of writers who aren't doing this because they can't. And they can't because they aren't readers themselves. They view writing as just another form of content creation that they will convert into views and then into dollars.
I feel like we're in a weird place where a lot of writers aren't exploring the dynamics as much as they're checking off a list of marketing points, and that isn't fun at all!

I’ve been listening to a podcast that highlights certain prominent figures from the 1940’s to around 2000 and each story is interconnected. The elite class has always been insular and interconnected above all else they look after their own knowing that power that protects power is untouchable.
Whats so unnerving, among many other aspects of the whole sordid Epstein miasma, is how incestuous the world of these elites are. Everyone knows everyone. The personal, social, and professional spheres all overlap.
