Rubio just made a speech to the European defense community in Munich that did not mention Ukraine. Or democracy. Or US business deals with Russia. Or the administration's plans to support the European far right. But there were lots of nice words about our common civilization.

Arctic Sentry is a strategic win for NATO, a significant political win for 🇩🇰Denmark and 🇬🇱Greenland, and a military win for the Nordic region in general and 🇳🇴Norway in particular.

Map of Utilities outages in Russia for the week 19th to the 25th of January. This is by far the worst week I've tracked and one with highest number of long term outages disrupting life. I would point to Murmansk where they're even out of bread in places.
