Eye witness accounts also contradict ICE statements. The DHS strategy has been to prosecute observers/protestors they have shot. No DHS officials have been prosecuted. If they let this happen, it seems like masked and armed agents of the state can kill with impunity.

I used to think ‘Well thank god we all have cameras, at least we can maybe get ahead of the lies’ but if this is how the paper of record describes an event captured from like 4 different angles alongside dozens of eye witness accounts corroborating, I just don’t know anymore man

They aren’t able to access the evidence so I guess they would be limited to eye witness accounts and bystander videos, which seems like it would be enough to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

There is zero evidence that she was doing any such thing. Every eye witness statement thus far says she was following orders to turn the car around when they leaned across the hood of the vehicle and shot her in the face.

Interview the shooter thoroughly with trained investigators. Collect his text messages, SM, emails from before and after. Interview every eye witness and collect all video sources. What profanities were used? If the shooter assumed, like the US VP, the driver was a deranged leftist = premeditation.
