It's also a clear violation of the 24th Amendment. How is this not already being disputed in courts?? It's black letter Constitution! The 24th Amendment prohibits both Congress and the states from requiring the payment of a poll tax or any other tax to vote in federal elections.

Women shouldn't have to do anything more than men to vote. If they have to pay for another form of id in order to vote, that's a poll tax which is financial and sexual discrimination.
