I started eating rice and fish in the morning. I do a cup of rice with half a tin of smoked salmon with a spoonful of chili crisp, some garlic and ginger, and a dash of sesame oil. Its delicious. Highly recommend if

I despise carrots BUT I saw a carrot salad go viral months back with rice vinegar, soy sauce, seasonings, chili crisp and honey. And THAT I’ve been eating almost daily now.

Wanna get really fancy, Fishwife has great stuff (not sardines but very good canned fish, like $10 a can. Recommend the chili crisp salmon. Not many things I'd spend like that on, but it's real good).
