I’ve lost 110 pounds since starting a GLP-1, but I’ve lost 220 pounds total.
The picture in the red dress I was around 365, about 20 years ago! I’m now 147 pounds. From a size 26 to size 6.

Wanted to give you all an update on how this went.
It was a Lunar New Year celebration and we honored our ancestors and ate lots of foods from different cultures.
I had soooo much fun and learned a lot about Vietnamese culture. Definitely something I’ll never forget.

Yesterday’s after class video. It was weight lifting; kettlebells, weighted bars and ankle weights.
Can’t move much today, it literally hurts to lift my arm to eat.

My favorite nail is the mouth with gold teeth and a gap; I specifically asked for that.
Last pic is my natural nails. I don’t get acrylic anymore, she helped my nails grow under the acrylic then transitioned me to gel.
