what was the most exciting thing new to you in 2025? For me it was learning to find fossils and Geodes. We were crossing a creek and Gregor picked up a rock and broke it and showed me a geode. He showed me rock formations and said lots of fossils there. To him no big deal but very exciting for me

I know this feeling. I'm the pre pill gen where all kids,were inevitable mistakes. After many decades I sought therapy for these feelings because suicidal ideation was getting strong. Helped me a lot. Now this helps. Feelings of what are, are not who you are. Examine the thought then let it go. ☮️
