My posts usually get between 0 and 20 likes with the occasional outlier when I post a picture of my dog or a bird. This one is at 2.6 and climbing, and the comments are scorching and angry. It feels like something has tipped and we won’t be going back any time soon.

Completely crapped out on my 3 hour workout today. Could only handle 40 minutes. This has been a pattern with me throughout. Saturday rides are hard. Yesterday was hard. A long ride Sunday is supposed to develop fatigue adaptations, but I'll be damned if I'm not an old codger who needs a rest.
