Completely crapped out on my 3 hour workout today. Could only handle 40 minutes. This has been a pattern with me throughout. Saturday rides are hard. Yesterday was hard. A long ride Sunday is supposed to develop fatigue adaptations, but I'll be damned if I'm not an old codger who needs a rest.

I didn’t like Sinners. Or Frankenstein. High-concept horror is not my thing. But I’m so happy for Sinners regardless. It’s high time more black filmmakers were recognized for their work.
For me The Secret Agent is the best film of 25.

After thirteen days on zepbound I’m tempering expectations. On day nine I was down ten pounds. Today I’m up four pounds from that low. Bodies fluctuate. Homeostasis is real. I’ll continue to do what I’m doing.
