The Guards Museum near Buckingham Palace showcases the history, symbolism, and discipline of the five Foot Guards regiments, combining uniforms, artifacts, and surprising anecdotes.
Isn't there at least two different IG regiments of Space Germans? From what I've read of their lore (on the wikis, admittedly) - Kriegers seem to be fanatical penitent soldiers of a ruined traitor-world, in a pretty clear bit of "seriously, though, fuck Nazis" writing.

Funnily enough women in the imperial guard had been canon since the first set of minis. And I clearly remember POC as well but can’t find an image on google. But I’ll suggest Tallarn and Attilan regiments if nothing else.

The Russian troops are suffering significant losses and have deployed their entire operational reserve - an airborne division with three regiments. The occupiers are trying to break through the defense both on the flanks and directly, but the Ukrainian units are successfully repelling the attacks.

Everybody wants to shit on TF Smith, but you could literally transport the 2nd Ranger BN TODAY back in time and give them the same lack of heavy weaponry and artillery support and they too would get wiped by two DPRK infantry regiments and the spearheading armor regiment.

Probably also why there's a Royal Navy and Royal Air Force but it's not a Royal Army. Though there is units like the Royal Engineers etc. The army fought against the crown though regiments were raised later with a monarch in place.

Yes though that was the day after the events in the portrait. The 1st Minnesota charged Alabama regiments on July 2, 1863. It was the next day that Private Marshall Sherman of St. Paul captured the flag of the 28th Virginia Regiment.
