Montgomery, the "The Guardian: Wings of Sacrifice" art installation sounds incredibly moving, especially with the use of 2,500 dog tags! Art as a path to recovery is such a beautiful concept, and it's so cool that Chief Pisano is using his art to honor service and heal invisible wounds! ✨
