Feels great to tick this one off the bucket list! The Dark Shadows event for Warhammer Fantasy's 6th ed was such a beloved part of my early wargaming years and I honestly thought I'd missed the chance to own the models from it.

Sooo close now. Final touches on white armour sections, last highlights on tubes. Then blood spatter and basing?
The highlights on their skin are showing up here more subtle than they are IRL but I think its important they aren't too sharp.

Am I a little disappointed I didn't end up finishing this squad by the end of the month? Yeah. But there have been several obstacles to that, so I'm very proud of the progress I have made this month.

Another mini I finished on the weekend was this 3rd party Keeper of Secrets I got secondhand. I'm debating whether to move it to a square base or try giving it an interchangeable one.

First 5 minis of the year are done! Some World Eater terminators kitbashed from spare Cataphractii and Blades of Khorne bits. I think it makes for something visually consistent with my older berserkers that the army is made of.
