I’m back with my LAST food post because I know how much it be driving people crazy, but hours later we have completed a starter of Bruscetta (Americanized I know don’t @ me), homemade semolina pasta transformed into some cute lil cavatelli noodles, pesto-butter sauce and beanies. (one ravioli too 🤪)

Tomorrow I "get to" roll ground turkey n chicken full of seasoning around chunks of mozz, and roll them in parm n panko crumbs. 40 trays of them. But, I do love making the chunky chunk marinara. Oh I've been corrected: 60 trays.
