#DEVOTE
I'm not a devote Catholic, but I know that Jesus never taught hatred. His teachings always centered around loving each other and showing empathy for people whether they are different or not.

Though I think it’s usually a waste of space to devote a column to Trump’s personality — what more is there to say about the character of this petty, hollow, squalid, overstuffed man? — We are led by the most loathsome human being ever to occupy the White House.

A LITTLE GRATITUDE GOES A LONG WAY.

A LOT OF YOU MAY NOT REALIZE THAT A CORE GROUP OF A FEW HUNDRED PEOPLE DEVOTE THE BULK OF THEIR TIME AND ENERGY TO FOSTERING CONNECTIONS FOR OTHERS, THROUGH BOOST LISTS AND STARTER PACKS.

THEY DO THIS FOR FREE, AND FROM THEIR HEARTS. THAT DESERVES RESPECT.

honestly do not see the appeal of the notion that we can only rationally sustain resolute commitments and a sense of purpose
if we devote ourselves to something in this open access article

[please no one tell them I did this]

you scare me so much...

I love her and the fact that she is such an obvious mirror to mika means I'm terrified about like 99% of the same things with her as I am mika...

her wanting nothing more than to devote herself to rustal is just so sad...

as if he had already made peace with the lessons learned and the paths he left behind.

“Yes, but I don’t devote myself to exorcising them the way I did in my younger years. It isn’t my primary concern anymore. There are reasons… hard lessons I’ve had to learn.”

"It’s usually a waste of space to devote a column to President Trump’s personality — what more is there to say about the character of this petty, hollow, squalid, overstuffed man? — sometimes the point bears stressing: We are led by the most loathsome human being ever to occupy the White House." It's not that I don't believe in science. I just believe in thorough testing and retesting of experiments and theories. And I plan to devote the rest of my life to re-re-re-re-tresting. 🥦🥬

THISSSSS

like there was so much going on in the Season 2 finale, sorry Charlie couldn’t devote her whole attention to one person for the whole fight?

Irresistibly alluring for many. Perhaps they'll get a chance to study them up close, devote themselves to them, maybe add a little deposit of pleasure to some infinitesimal crevice before a thoughtless motion claims them~

I had the insane idea to create a couple "Einstein Logic Puzzles" for #breastexpansion... Really wish I had time to devote to that...

Clue #1: The woman who grew so big she levelled her home did not use growth pills or an herbal lotion.

Yeah, there's something there...

There's an array of archetypal Bad Takes & Bad Actors across the broad Left that certainly exist outside of online, but are significantly less persistent concerns away from online discourse. And when someone fixates on such archetypes over time it kinda reveals where they devote all their attention.

Somewhere out there was a brilliant mind who knew how to make Speak With Animals more than a cheap gimmick for easily impressed game reviewers, but they didn't have time to devote 6 months of their life to making an entire playable visual novel for free

The Adventures of Father Pigaloptus and Sister Mary Duckalou (The Very Beginning)
Father Pigaloptus and Sister Mary Duckalou had known each other for a long time- As soon as they met each other, it was like they had belonged together, as in a rhyme. . They had both decided to devote their lives to God, and to help people that were in need- And, throughout the years, they helped many people, together, indeed.

Fareed Zakaria is right!

We need real experts. People who devote their lives to studying problems, using science, and building a functioning meritocracy. Not billionaires living off inherited wealth or manipulating systems for their own gain.

A better, more important takeaway is that we should devote as much energy as we possibly can into creating these ideal creative conditions _earlier_ in production, as early as we possibly can.

This, and to put a finer point on it, she doesn’t actually understand what the alternative would be—institutions composed of people who take their role, ideals, and mission seriously and even devote their lives to them.

It’s not something she and her colleagues can even imagine.
My impression is that Wiles, like most Republicans in the Trumposcene, has come to believe that all institutions and norms are complete bullshit and all government has ever been is just raw power exerted by arbitrary and self-interested individuals. Hence, Trump, in her eyes, is business as usual.

I still believe that a better second tunnel is the best long-term solution, but at least this proposal recognizes the limits of the current tunnel and would devote some real resources to expanding its capacity. “Just stuff all the trains into the current tunnel” isn’t a serious proposal.

But then you can have second lunch and live your best Hobbit life! And Hobbits manage to write thousand page history books that people actually want to devote their lives to reading, so, we should all be following in their (bare)footsteps.
