I have ridden a lot of others and one reason I like mine is its maneuverability to capacity ratio. UA bikes carry more but handle like a boat.

I installed a Bafang mid drive on my analog Bullitt, after plenty research. A friend wrote a very easy to use program to set the power levels, so I have that "dangerous road" speed if needed - I would not recommend either if you are not a very experienced rider or if you have a passenger...

I just converted a longer 1-person cargo bike to an e-bike with a kit. The Bafang BBSHD is remarkably powerful and is probably enough for it, as long as you can get it to fit.

To best of my knowledge a rebranded bafang hub with an oddball wheel size and connectors.
I should be able to put a replacement clutch in and at some point I’m going to need to track down one of those split cassette removal tools because I definitely cut a notch into the cog to get to the screws.

It has a 44 front & you can get a 46, 48 or 52. But have to be careful with Bafang motors on gear ratio, they don't like it too high. The 44/20 works well & believe 46/20 or 44/18 should be too.

Bigger front ring is an option for that too, which is what I did when I needed higher gearing after I put e-assist on. I imagine bigger Bafang (as I recall you have) rings are as available as Tongsheng ones were for me.
