i wrote about this in an old blog post but afaik Wolfenstein 3D Episode 4 Floor 3 is the only level in the game where you pick up a key that you can't use anywhere in the level. funnily enough the key is shown being picked up in of the game's attract mode demos. ellaguro.blogspot.com/2012/04/adve...
