PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. you need to learn how to maintain a mental state of arousal without needing it to progress to the physical extreme, for an extended period of time! learn to enjoy the feeling of being aroused and stimulated without having to bring that to an end.
More men need to learn to edge and I’m being so sincere.

If only unis had organized groups of all kinds of workers on campus, with hard-learned tactical skills & a hunger to resist, whom leaders could view as allies rather than annoyances.
