I've been saying this for a long time. The alternative medicine/antivax idea that you can ward off disease and make yourself healthy through, in essence, sheer willpower, doing the "right things," and eating the right foods implies that if you are sick or not healthy it's *your* fault.
This is pretty blatantly the language of eugenics. 🪱 🧠 needs to go

I've been saying this for a long time. The alternative medicine/antivax idea that you can ward off disease and make yourself healthy through, in essence, sheer willpower, doing the "right things," and eating the right foods implies that if you are sick or not healthy it's *your* fault.
