I am seeing a LOT of people misleadingly say "The senate will not pass this, they'll filibuster."

wondering if the passport was expired — i believe they have the right to confiscate in that case. agree though that it is a good idea not to be making any major changes to your ID rn beyond simple renewal. do not assume official policies will be followed or that internal policies are aligned
