I think you're misunderstanding current wealth distribution, and how it accumulates.
CEOs are still workers, if overpaid ones. They generally don't own the company.
Those who do are the rich who hold the vast majority of the nation's wealth and are not remotely taxed relative to it.

The last annual review concluded the SS Richard Montgomery was perfectly safe!
