Really interesting results showing that even if they controlled for what info you encountered, the *friction* of seeking out and reading thru info for what you’re looking for enhances learning.
Relying on ChatGPT to teach you about a topic leaves you with shallower knowledge than Googling and reading about it, according to new research that compared what more than 10,000 people knew after using one method or the other.

I’ve thrown some money in here, and I’ll be passing through Portland next month and will be buying a lot, like a LOT a lot, of books from them. A really great, thoughtful store, which I’d like to see stick around for a long time to come.
