Oh, look. A load of coverage about a new government inquiry into "overdiagnosis" that completely blurs autism & mental illness, and ends up leaning into all those tropes about people making it all up.

Good to see @wmadass.bsky.social team out in force!
At the @adass.bsky.social #SpringSeminar25 proudly launching a ‘Vision for Co-production’, which we co-produced together.

Great talking to people about what would support co-production, the ingredients for doing it well, and how to shift from consultation to meaningful co-production across ADASS.

Why just ‘big’ money?
If there was ever a symbol of why we need to get big money out of politics, reform campaign financing, stop conflicts of interest, and tax great wealth, Elon Musk is it.

Kudos to Susan Crawford on this big victory for democracy, labor rights, and reproductive freedom in Wisconsin.

And why we should not buy the arguement that there is no more money.........
How did the last Labour gov't turn round the NHS? They funded it in line with the needs of the population. Mark E Thomas sets out some of the detail.

"The NHS [during the covid pandemic]..adapted radically different ways of working overnight."

Whenever a politician sneers disrespectfully at the NHS (& ergo its staff) for apparantly being set in its ways/slow to adapt - hit them with this.
