 "Countries abroad have better workforce planning & more Drs than us. They haven't relied on bringing people in to ensure the system continues to run. Overseas staff saves the UK money because we don't pay the cost of their training."

My dad's 72, rushed into hospital with possible pneumonia. Now in a corridor and told it'll probably be the morning (c15hrs) before he'll see a doctor.

Seems therefore perfectly logical that Streeting is driving even more of them abroad 🙄.

We are the 6th richest world economy. I am so done.

Imagine having your life saved by resident doctors then whipping up bad feeling by calling them juvenile delinquents and moaning minnies a few short years later when they're asking for a basic living wage and a job to go to after they qualify.
