I will never use AI in any project of mine for any purpose. I'd a thousand times over spend an afternoon learning photoshop to make a mid cover (which I did, The Invisible Hand's cover was made when I was an evacuee and had a lot of free time lol) than sell one fraction of my integrity.
I will never use AI for my covers, editing, translation, or anything else. It is not only useless to me as an author, it is actively hostile and harms every skill related to book production.
If you're an author against AI used to generate writing, you better back everyone else in the chain too.

spotify is prime boycott material because not only are they completely nonessential but the service they offer (primarily music) is better approached any other way, not only is cutting them out of your life is easy, but it means supporting artists and having more control over your library
