After yesterday’s surrender, we’re launching the largest Democratic primary program that we’ve ever run.

We will not back any Senate primary candidate unless they call for Schumer to step down as Minority Leader.

If you’re as pissed as we are, join this campaign to rebuild the Democratic Party. 👇
Democratic leaders have failed us again. It's time to get new leaders.
After yet another capitulation by Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats, it's clear we need new leadership capable of mounting a serious opposition to Trump's authoritarian regime. We're launching our la...

Are they calling for Chuck Schumer to step down so we can get real leadership in the Senate?

No? Then they are part of the problem.

This has not gotten much attention, but it should.

Virginia under Youngkin returned to an insanely harsh system where people convicted of any felony lose their voting rights FOR LIFE.

Dems' win this week mean they'll get to advance a constitutional amendment to end lifetime disenfranchisement.

Make your calls. Go to your town halls. Ask your state and local officials what they are doing under state and local law. Rest. Hydrate. Make soup for the hungry. Don’t let people tell you that you’re doing it wrong. Not a sprint. Not a marathon. A relay. Find your team. Thank you.

If you’re a Visa cardholder you can let them know you won’t be any longer if they do business with fElon. I called and they said they’re taking comments at askvisa@visa.com. Maybe if enough of us complain they’ll pull the deal.

I don’t repost the NYT anymore but if you looked at an American flag made entirely of Black men split down the middle and didn’t get “the larger statement”, that is a skills issue that lies with you, not with Kendrick Lamar. What absolute trash.

Primary. Every. Democrat. fuck these people if they can't fight back.
New from me in @newrepublic.com: “Primary Every Democrat.”

If the current crop cannot demonstrate they care more about democracy than enjoying three-day weekends, we should flood the zone and challenge them all.
Primary Every Democrat
It’s exhausting to watch poll-tested, donor-beholden congressional Democrats continue to be too old, too cloistered, and too bumbling to do anything as the government burns.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

I’m not in their ANC districts or even in their ward, but both @erinpalmerdc.bsky.social and @evanyeats.bsky.social have impacted my view on what it means to be a resident of DC, & even more so a community member. From neighborhood cleanups to govt accountability. Thank you for your service.
A moment of gratitude for @evanyeats.bsky.social as we wrap up six years of ANC service. I literally could not have done it without him. Having a friend and confidante through this very weird deep dive into local government meant and means the world to me.

Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!
