NY Times Runs Defense For Social Media Bans, Buries Evidence They Don’t Work Until Paragraph 14
Imagine you're writing an article about a popular policy trend. The trend is expensive to implement, disruptive to normal operations, and—here's the key part—there's substantial research showing it doesn't actually work and can cause other significant problems. How would you structure that article? One approach: Lead with the evidence. "Despite growing enthusiasm for , studies consistently find it doesn't accomplish its stated goals." Put that in paragraph one, maybe paragraph two or three with some lead-up if you're feeling generous.

The US Park Police have become increasingly involved in DHS's unjust and violent immigrant terror campaign, as The Handbasket previously reported. With the increase in DC-area parkway traffic stops, it appears the relationships remains strong.

NEW, for The Handbasket:

I spoke with concerned community members and local/state electeds about what's been going on re: detainments on the parkways in the DC area. Commuters use these fed hwys to get to and from work--and now families of detained drivers are on the hook for hundreds in tow fees.

Greg Bovino is leading a rebel cavalry terrorizing America—and it's important to recognize that it's in retreat. While the trauma and terror Bovino’s raiders instill is real and damaging, it’s remarkable to note how ineffective the force has turned out to be. www.doomsdayscenario.co/p/trump-bord...
