We are going to start a hot war in Venezuela?

Wonder what the "America First" MAGA crowd will think of this.
Breaking news: President Trump said he will not rule out the possibility of sending U.S. troops into Venezuela, as a buildup of U.S. forces in the region — and his increasingly combustible rhetoric — raises the prospect of military action there.
Trump says he won’t rule out sending troops into Venezuela
President Trump saying he’s not ruling out sending troops into Venezuela appeared at odds with his claim that his administration may be open to talks with Nicolás Maduro.

There has never been a clearer example of the fact that we do not have a legislature in the United States right now. Trump tells them to vote no, so they all vote no. Then Trump changes his mind and they all change their votes. That is autocracy. Vote them out!

It's not just Pam Bondi's DOJ who fucked up the Jim Comey investigation. So did Bill Barr, the supposedly competent one. They extended the warrants on Richman for weeks after their warrant scope, possibly snooping on the beginning of Mueller.

79-year-old Paul Bojerski was born to Polish parents in a WWII German refugee camp. His family legally emigrated to the U.S. when he was 5.

He’s been taken by ICE in Florida.

While we're waiting for denouement of Comey GJ stuff, Tish James has filed egregious govt conduct challenge based on Bill Pulte's unlawful snooping into her. It largely serves as a vehicle to ask for reports on that which EDVA said they refused to share.

Folks, I don't think the lawyers can make anymore sense of this.
But what APPEARS to have happened is:

1) They no-billed one count.
2) SOMEONE IN THE GOVT LEARNED THAT.
3) They put together a 2-count indictment and, w/o re-presenting the case, got them to vote for those.

The whole thing is cooked.
"So they separated it."

That's what the only indictment against Jim Comey is.

"Count Two and Three were then put" by someone who may or may not be Lindsey Halligan "in a different package."

Imagine you're writing an article about a popular policy trend. The trend is expensive to implement, disruptive to normal operations, and—here's the key part—there's substantial research showing it doesn't actually work and can cause other significant problems. How would you structure that article? One approach: Lead with the evidence. "Despite growing enthusiasm for , studies consistently find it doesn't accomplish its stated goals." Put that in paragraph one, maybe paragraph two or three with some lead-up if you're feeling generous.
