Alex Proyas' Dark City - Director's Cut (1998) is neglected outside a small cut following. It rivals The Matrix (1999) in theming, cinematography, set design and acting. The original version is quite good, but was marred in the first two minutes by unnecessary narration due to studio interference

Existing disability services are deeply underfunded, aggressively audited, means-tested constantly, and can be labyrinthine to even access or maintain without assistance. As someone who spent two decades as a cog in that system, concerns about fraud are overblown compared to the real existing need.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.

Not in the mood to sticker. First impressions are good. I wish the antenna wires were pre curved. Afraid to bend. Lights are impressive. Sounds are fine. Some small parts were a challenge to attach.
