Just did a test run of keto-friendly stuffed mushrooms and MAN these came out good. Stuffing is just the chopped stems, crumbled center-cut bacon, two diced cheddar sticks, salt, pepper, and a Laughing Cow Light wedge to bind the mix. Baked at 350. Whole plate is under 400 cal but tastes like 3000.

Halloween the Cat manages his condition well, but some days, nothing goes his way. Just had his fourth water bowl flip since this morning. (Don't worry, he takes it in stride... but yes it's a relief when he's ready to sit still for a while.)

I don't get why so many eBay sellers lean on these automatic/AI/whatever descriptions, with lack of detail about flaws/condition. Buyers have you over a barrel over there, squeezing sellers for post-sale discounts if there's the tiniest unmentioned ding. Don't give them such an obvious route. 🤷♂️
