It's cute that you'd think passing additional laws to stop that which is already happening in violation of current law is the answer.
By shutting down USAID, DOGE is doing the work of Russia and China at the expense of the United States.

The language of “guilt” is such a giveaway here. It’s impossible for people who weren’t alive during the Nazi era to be guilty of what those people did, but it’s definitely possible for people today who empathize with the Nazis to feel guilty for those feelings.
