Important things to consider for *any* non citizen now. I would also recommend using extra caution with domestic air travel and have a plan in place in case you are detained.
My immigration firm sent a newsletter today in response to inquiries from clients over the last two months. They "strongly recommend against international travel", warned against even walking past political rallies, noted government reps may ask to see emails, texts + social media, and these points:

An interesting tidbit in the joint status report filed in the Broadview ICE facility case today:

ICE says video from inside the facility "between October 19, 2025, and October 31, 2025, has been irretrievably destroyed" and can't be produced in discovery.
