Easy to explain - they used "distinct" to pull up the references and there are less then 100 misspellings of Trump's name, despite Epstein's best efforts.
That number does matter because these emails are also part of the FBI's Epstein files and the FBI counted all Trum references and Kash Patel said under oath that Trump's name came up less than a hundred times.

Interesting observation. Immigration is a super-obvious case. Why this is is not obvious. Lobbyists & donors do want to stop laws against them, but also promote laws in their favor.
