There's nothing trump can do that will get them to say no.
Stop thinking "surely they can't let THIS go"
They can. They have. They will.
But Musk / Trump have to roll out their coup quickly. And as they go cutting NIH, defense and agriculture they are going to run into further internal questions about whether GOP Sen can let these things go. Even the House, one has to expect. What will they do?
