I'm with the Karens on this one. Over the course of pandemic, a bunch of people bought big dogs that shouldn't be kept in cities, to say nothing of apartments. It's unfair to the animals and inconsiderate of the neighbors.
feel this. the other day I was bringing my baby son back from a walk around the block and some asshole had an unleashed pit bull playing around on the steps of *my house* www.cartoonshateher.com/p/the-vibe-s...

Very good essay

The best analogy for dogs and the “risk” they pose to the City: Cars

Dogs, like cars, are good and even *necessary* for some people. The problem is with *unregulated* ownership by broader public … which then insists on the urban environment be molded to their particular preferences
I've been afraid to write this exact piece for months but I'm just going to say it: people are getting collectively fed up with the antisocial behavior of (some) dog owners. www.cartoonshateher.com/p/the-vibe-s...

Part Two of the Common Sense Democrat manifesto — it’s not progressive or humane to become so leery of punishment that you let public spaces and public services become disorderly, dysfunctional, and unpleasant.

you can write Governor Shapiro, who needs the votes of Philadelphians if he aspires to any higher office, and urge him to flex highway funding to SEPTA immediately to prevent it from entering a death spiral

(prior post deleted due to incompleteness)
I might even go old school & hand-write a letter about this because I am literally...so sick... of democrats failing me and my community... by falling short on BASIC SHIT.
