I think part of the problem is it lacks anchors, unlike dilworth that has more substantial programming and 2 cafes. The fact that the UFO building has sat for years is criminal but it's a massive improvement over the old love park imo.

I'm as frustrated as anyone with current service levels (I use the el exclusively to commute) but I don't understand this thinking. Doesn't the GA fund SEPTA? Didn't his budget propose funding? What am I missing here? Shouldn't we focus vitriol at the PA Senate?
