I know I know it's a well worn point but still. Plenty of people who would self-describe as Christians, for whom that is a very important identity, watch Fox News. I genuinely can think of very few messages as laser-targeted to be anti-Christian as "kill the homeless". Designed in a lab by Satan.

Kind of weird how Roberts declared the VRA preclearance to rest on dated and unfair assumptions about the South and within 15 years the former Confederate states will have effectively eliminated almost every black district within those states.

It’s deeply insulting and dangerous to blame “the universities” for an assassination, without a hint of evidence that there is any connection to higher ed whatsoever. The guy apparently spent like a semester at Utah State.

As someone who spent many hours listening to Kirk’s show on AM radio, I would say that he made Rush Limbaugh seem like Walter Cronkite by comparison, in terms of rhetorical tone and empirical rigor. The subtext of every show was “You don’t hate the left enough.”
