Once had a customer clearly looking for an excuse to fight me about something and when I stonewalled him and bagged up his items without comment he glared at his loaf of bread, tossed it onto the counter at me and shouted "BREAD IS NOT A FOOTBALL TO BE SQUEEZED!!" in a southern Baptist accent.
