Seeing lots of our smaller clients have cancelled/chosen not to renew their contracts. Ito workload, it’s a minor consideration. Ito of the likelihood of me getting a salary increase, this is extremely problematic.
Didn’t get a raise in 2025. If I don’t get one this year, I’m properly fucked.

After finishing the gin guide last week, I decided last night it should be A6 rather than A5 - a proper pocket guide. Resized the document, but now my dumbass has to redo the layout because I don’t want the font to be smaller than 12pt.

While I was waiting for my Uber earlier, I thought I’d document the incline I face on the road (when I used to do walkies). I’d walk uphill, because no one wants to do that at the end of the walk. Once you get to the top, the crossroads also slope on both sides.

Going to see my aunt on Thursday. First time since my gran’s funeral in 2013. Because some feud my mother established. Since I’m no longer speaking to my mom, I can catch up with my aunt. I’m seeing a common denominator here. Although, I was the one to cut ties.

I just counted the weeks/days. I’ve been reluctant to after having to cancel last year. Eight weeks. 55 days. I want to be excited but I think I’m still more anxious. Because I still worry that something’s going to happen to prevent it again.
