So once upon a time, I got savaged on Twitter for saying that all a man in the games industry had to do to end a woman’s employment at the same company was sexually harass her. As soon as it happened, the timer began counting down. (Thread)
"The girls begged for help, first from a school guidance counselor and then from a sheriff’s deputy assigned to their school...The principal had doubts they even existed." 1/

And now one girl is expelled for fighting back.

Was checking the systems I'm in charge of at the Digital Concert Hall (@berliner-philharmoniker.de) and stayed for the whole wonderful Bach Mass in B minor. Bach isn't particularly my thing, but this one lead by Raphaël Pichon I find utterly captivating.

I am usually not a huge fan of minimalism, but the groove in Perseverance Flow by Natural Information Society keeps me hanging on. Nice live rendition here: www.youtube.com/live/RqESLj-...

Absolute masterclass in fuckery from Anderson as photographer.

Particularly like not even waiting for the person on the phone in the background to move. No point when you already know the client is going to stiff you on the invoice.

Very quick comic to thank you all for supporting my charity efforts this year, and in typical ZT fashion some thoughts to go along with it. There’s so much more to say but this’ll do for now :) thank you everyone

Ugh, folks who have an email address insisting to only communicate via phone is very trying. Especially if they phone you but will only try once and never leave a message, so I have to call them again and leave a message to try again, as they never pick up.

Every time I go to a gig of a German band here in Berlin I'm struck by how disorganised they are, even in venues, that are otherwise the BEST. No info on openers or running order (I wish), soundcheck in between bands, merch area unstaffed for extended periods. And maybe related, way more smokers

An easy way to explain luddites:

Textile manufacturers brought in machines that could do in an hour what would have taken 12 hours by hand.

And then, tried to keep paying the now 12x more productive workers the same wages as before.

That's it, that was the problem luddites had. Not complex.
