I’ve been thinking a lot about how much leeway people get with apologies (especially with how Louis CK has come back up again), and unfortunately, I think everyone keeps extending an olive branch when we look at our current world that has done that over-and-over and we’re still where we’re at.
she eventually did a better response replying to someone. admitting that when she got called a Nazi, she got hurt/mad & had blind frustration as a reaction.
im inclined to believe it, as Big Name Content Creators gain cognitive dissonance on why they would get reasonable inflammatory responses.
