This was less of a shot at Dubas and more of a criticism of Toronto media's clear attempt to associate failure with Dubas by panning to him more often than Jim from The Office every time something went wrong.
Is it not the norm to pan to a team's GM everywhere else in the NHL? Because it is in TO.

The Jays playoff game taking over regular Sportsnet is completely understandable, but I'm flabbergasted that there's no Plan B for the TOR/MTL season opener other than putting it on SN1. Couldn't throw a bonus night to CBC? Offer SN1 on free trial while the Jays are going? Wild.
