I just had that happen with snow, which I didn’t know was possible until I saw a super sized city plow push a mountain off the street and onto the sidewalk in one shot. As impressed as I am annoyed

Every time I’ve seen that guy ask Grok for help with harassing me it’s responded with something along the lines of “dude, this is definitely a lie, chill out” and I think that’s the funniest thing in the world

they didn’t leak it to make the shooter look innocent, but to make the victim look guilty. not guilty of a crime. guilty of having a visibly queer wife. guilty of liberalism. guilty of opposing the regime. they don’t seek to exonerate themselves, only to demonstrate who deserves to die.
In the video that the shooter took, which I believe was leaked to be exculpatory, he appears to yell “fucking bitch” after he shoots Renee Good.

i think it is ok to reiterate that the victim as a us citizen. yes, noncitizens are equally entitled to human rights. but also, it's important to illustrate how ice isn't about immigration at all

It is the best Oasis album at being an album, it is beautiful cocaine maximalism, and I will forever stand by it being great

This was one time I did not agree with @shadowtodd.bsky.social on what he said, because this is not a bad album at all. I like a lot of the stuff on here and this song is one of my favorites from it.

This site will never truly grow until it escapes the cycle of
a) Heavily algorithmic recommendation feed
b) Basically every super-active user is focused on USPoli
c) Everyone from B) goes into A) and assumes every post is about USPoli AND/OR
d) People go into A) and decide to police personal posts

i think this site really needs to figure out how to grow the non-politics verticals (the baseball moment was a good thing!) because i suspect a lot of the bad clusters come out of the political clusters driving 95% of ENG-lang posts
I'd be happy with big non politics accounts.

Both are basically the same at the guts - both running Windows miniPCs with Retrobat (which is basically just an Emulationstation+Retroarch+few other emulator pre-config).
Vertical could probably get away with just a Raspberry Pi, but I wanted to keep my Pi open for my CRT TV.

Same as the last few years, wasn’t even in town. Rented a cottage with a bunch of friends just outside Quinte West for four days, played games, sang karaoke, watched movies & old TV shows, went on walks, had lots of fun. Buddy 100% hoped he could guess some fear into me with the downtown thing lmao
